Bio-gas Purification Plants

Ltd., we specialize in the design and manufacture of cutting-edge biogas purification systems, leveraging advanced technologies such as Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption (VPSA) with selective tail-end recycling, and membrane-based high-selectivity separation systems with methane slip lower than 2%.

Our systems are meticulously engineered to eliminate impurities from raw biogas using an integrated, advanced, and cost-effective pre-processing system, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance with the respective purification technologies. The result is high-purity methane suitable for compression and use as Natural Biogas (CNG)-a clean and efficient transportation fuel and a sustainable alternative to LPG for both industrial and domestic applications. With a demonstrated capacity of up to 20 tons of purified gas per day, our purification plants deliver exceptional efficiency, reliability, and fuel-grade gas quality, meeting the highest industry standards.

What We Offer

Our biogas purification systems provided end-to-end solutions to that remove contaminants such as CO₂, H₂S, moisture, and other trace gases from raw biogas generated through anaerobic digestion. The result is a clean, methane-rich gas suitable for compression, bottling, or direct grid injection.

We utilize two primary purification technologies:

o Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption (VPSA):

VPSA is a highly efficient and scalable method for separating CO₂ from methane. It works by using adsorbent materials under Pressure/vacuum conditions, offering high recovery rates, low energy consumption, and operational stability.

o Membrane-Based Purification:

This technology leverages semi-permeable membranes that selectively separate methane from CO₂ and other impurities. Membrane systems are compact, modular, and ideal for decentralized installations.

Key Features of Our Plants

Our plants are designed with several key features that ensure efficiency, reliability, and scalability. They achieve high methane recovery, delivering over 97% methane purity with methane slips as low as 2–1%, depending on the system and configuration. The design is highly scalable, suitable for capacities ranging from small-scale operations to large industrial setups of 500–5000 NM³/hr. Advanced automation is integrated through SCADA/PLC-based control systems, enabling real-time monitoring and simplified operation. Additionally, the robust construction—using high-grade, corrosion-resistant materials—ensures long-term durability and reliable performance even under harsh operating conditions.
