ATOMPLUS Technologies Pvt. Ltd. specializes in designing and manufacturing advanced biogas purification systems. We leverage VPSA with selective tail-end recycling and membrane-based separation (methane slip <2%) to deliver high-purity methane. Our integrated and cost-effective pre-processing ensures optimal performance of purification technologies.

The result is fuel-grade biogas (CNG) — a clean alternative to LPG for industrial, domestic, and transportation use. With a capacity of up to 20 tons/day, our plants ensure exceptional efficiency, reliability, and industry-standard gas quality.

What We Offer

Our biogas purification systems provided end-to-end solutions to that remove contaminants such as CO, HS, moisture, and other trace gases from raw biogas generated through anaerobic digestion. The result is a clean, methane-rich gas suitable for compression, bottling, or direct grid injection

We Utilize Two Primary Purification Technologies

Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption (VPSA)

VPSA is a highly efficient and scalable method for separating CO2 from methane. it works by using adsorbent materials under Pressure/Vacuum conditions, offering high recovery consumption and operational stability

Membrane-Based Purification

This technology leverages semi-permeable membranes that selectively separate methane from Co and other impurities. Membrane systems are compact, modular and ideal for decentralized installations.
